• The request is made within the 15-day window.
• You provide the order number or the email address used during purchase.
• You describe the technical issue or reason for dissatisfaction so our support team can assist you better.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Requests made after the 15-day guarantee period has expired.
• Abuse of the service or violations of our Terms of Service.
• Cases where the customer has already fully consumed the digital content and successfully applied the methods.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at contato@familysecurity.online. Our team will process your request within 3 to 5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method via Paddle.

5. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns.
